UCO Health Promotion, part of the Center for Counseling and Well-being, invites the Central community to “CHOS-ing Wellness,” from noon-12:30 p.m., every Wednesday during the semester, in the Wellness Collective, located in the UCO Wellness Center.
The program consists of 15 independent groups covering the eight dimensions of wellness and how to apply them to everyday life. The topics covered include creating a budget for financial wellness, having physical wellness without going to the gym and addressing environmental wellness.
No sign up is required, and each session can be attended independently.
