The regularly scheduled November meeting was held on Thursday, Nov. 11. Guest speakers began with Provost Charlotte Simmons giving an update on Academic Affairs and progress regarding the upcoming budgeting process. Additionally, the follow guest speakers provided special presentation about their respective areas: Vice President Christopher Lynch spoke about Enrollment and Student Services; Professor Mark McCoy from the Forensic Science Institute and Assistant Professor Tara Dalinger from Library Media Education reported on the Extended Classroom Technology Task Force Findings; and Senior Director of the Counseling Center, Julia Reed, and Assistant Director of Health Promotions and Outreach, Carlie Deatherage, spoke on connecting with students. No legislation was voted on during this meeting.
