Diane Feinberg, vice president for People and Culture

To better align operations that serve our faculty and staff, most units within Human Resources (HR) are now bundled into two categories. The first category represents “total rewards” by bringing together Benefits, Compensation and Payroll Operations, led by David Herd, assistant vice president for Compensation and Benefits. The second category represents the”life cycle” of faculty, staff and student employees by bringing together Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Employee Relations and Communications, led by Erika Cerda, assistant vice president for Talent Management. In addition, Mary Deter-Billings will lead Employee Relations efforts as manager. As always, for general questions or to be directed to the HR specialist who can best assist you, contact HR by phone, 405-974-2366, or by email,
