As part of the Office of Information Technology’s continued efforts to increase efficiency and empower the campus community, OIT implemented a new Outlook Integration for OnBase. OnBase is our campus solution for document management.
This add-in for Microsoft Outlook allows an Outlook user to interact with OnBase content and processes through their familiar Outlook interface. You will be able to retrieve OnBase documents through keyword search or custom queries. You will also be able to import documents to OnBase directly from your Outlook inbox without having to open another application. If you are assigned OnBase workflows, those ad-hoc tasks will be accessible straight from your inbox.
