Here is another exciting change in our department.  Instead of earning a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in six (6) years you now have the opportunity to do it in five (5) years.  This would shave off an entire year of school and course work!

Here are the details – Students expecting to graduate with an undergraduate degree in Psychology from UCO with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 may apply during the last semester of their junior year (or within 30 hours of graduation) for application to the Accelerated Degree Program in any of the following programs:

Psychology — Experimental Psychology M.S.

Psychology — Behavior Analysis M.S. (NEW MAJOR!!!)

Psychology — General Psychology M.S.

Psychology — Forensic Psychology M.S.

If accepted to the Accelerated Degree Program, students may take up to 9 graduate hours during their senior year that will count toward the Psychology bachelor’s degree as upper-elective credits as well as their respective Psychology M.S. degree.

Have a great day!
