‘81 Greg Winters (M.Ed., ‘81) was inducted into the Oklahoma Career and Technology Education Hall of Fame.

‘87 Thomas Mills, Ph.D., (B.S., ‘87) was named the 11th president of Hill College in Hillsboro, Texas.

‘91 Tara Tucker Vaughn, Ph.D., (B.B.A., ‘91) was recognized as a Distinguished Alum at Northern Oklahoma College.

’93 LaShawn Thompson (B.A., ‘93) was selected as assistant city manager for Oklahoma City.

‘93 Stacy McNeiland (B.A., ‘93) was selected as one of Oklahoma’s 50 Women Making a Difference for 2022 by the Journal Record.

‘95 Bill Pink, Ph.D., (M.Ed., ‘95) was named president of Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan.

‘98 Kate O’Neill Rauber (B.A., ‘98) was named vice president of communications for Realto.

‘99 Bryan Benefiel (B.S., ‘99) was appointed chief financial officer and deputy general manager of finance and accounting at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

‘99 Justin Cluck (B.A., ‘99) was elected as public fiduciary Pima County Board of Supervisors.

‘99 Laura Glowacki (B.S.Ed., ‘99) was named principal at Garfield Elementary in Ponca City, Oklahoma.

‘99 Parul Dua Makkar (B.S., ‘99) coauthored and published a book, “Life Interrupted: Dr. Dua’s Survival Guide.”

‘01 James Singleton (B.S.Ed., ‘01) was named McAlester Public School’s athletic director.

‘02 Barb Morgan (B.S., ‘02) was appointed chief technology and product officer at Global Claims Services.

‘03 Mark Mendoza (B.A., ‘03) was named the chief operations officer and executive vice president of Claremont Lincoln University in Claremont, California.

‘05 Brooke Henderson (B.A., ‘05) was selected as vice president and relationship manager at Heritage Trust Company.

‘05 Dudley Darrow (M.Ed., ’05) was named superintendent of Enid’s Chisholm Public School district.

‘05 Jeanette Nance (B.A., ‘05) was selected as one of Oklahoma’s 50 Women Making a Difference for 2022 by the Journal Record.

‘06 Amara Detrick (M.Ed., ‘06) was named head principal of Monroe Elementary School in Enid, Oklahoma.

‘06 Casey Logue (B.S., ‘06) was named an Achievers Under 40 by The Journal Record. Logue is the vice president of operations at Timberlake Construction.

‘06 Richelle Dodoo-Taylor (M.Ed., ‘06) was recognized with the Sam and Charolet Shirley Outstanding Principals Award by the Oklahoma City Public Schools Foundation.

‘07 Bonnie Hardwick (B.A., ‘07) was named an Achievers Under 40 by The Journal Record. Hardwick is the marketing director at FSB, an architect and engineering firm.

‘09 Dallas Caldwell (B.S., ‘05, M.A., ‘09) was named associate vice president for Enrollment Management at UCO.

‘10 Adam Powell (B.S., ‘10) was named one of 29 North Texas finalists in D CEO magazine’s Financial Executive Awards 2022. Powell is the director of accounting at Valor.

‘10 Josh Sallee (B.A., ‘10) released his second album “Flamingo” at an album-release show at Beer City Music Hall.

‘12 Deserae Jackson (M.Ed., ‘12) was recognized with the Sam and Charolet Shirley Outstanding Principals Award by the Oklahoma City Public Schools Foundation.

‘13 Makailyn Dillon (B.B.A., ‘13) was named an Achievers Under 40 by The Journal Record. Dillon is the director of marketing at Oklahoma ER and Hospital.

‘14 Katy Fabrie (M.A., ‘14) was named an Achievers Under 40 by The Journal Record. Fabrie is a senior account director at Gooden Group.

‘15 Brad Wallace (B.B.A., ‘15) has been selected as the new chief investment officer of Stride Bank’s Wealth Management Division.

‘16 Austin Duke (B.S., ‘16) opened Norman’s newest community gym, Stoic Strength and Fitness.

‘16 Stephen Wafer (B.F.A., ‘16) was selected as a member of the Oklahoma City Thunder’s O’City Crew dance team.

‘16 William Hammond (B.S., ‘16) fulfilled a lifelong dream of having his research and efforts featured in National Geographic.

‘17 J. David Andren (M.P.A., ‘17) was named city manager for McAlester, Oklahoma.

‘19 Annie Pappas (B.B.A., ‘19) was among the first Peace Corps volunteers to return to service overseas since the program’s global evacuation due to COVID-19 in 2020.

‘20 Lauren (Folks) Cluck (B.S.Ed., ‘10, M.Ed., ‘20) was named assistant principal at Redbud Elementary in Edmond, Oklahoma.

‘22 Kyla Carter (B.A., ‘17, MBA ‘22) received NextGen’s 30 Under 30 in the Media, Public Relations, Marketing and Advertising category.

‘22 Taryn Kedzior (B.S., ‘22) is among a small percentage of female student-athletes in the country to be nominated for the NCAA Woman of the Year Award.
