Susan discussed viewing her leadership capacity and beliefs through particular lenses. What lenses do you believe you see your leadership capacity through – what guides your desire to serve and lead?
Patrice spoke on many important items but one that stood out was her point on finding true north for yourself. What is your true North?
During Regent Ogden’s presentation he mentioned time twice. He mentioned that people need to find that their time is valued and that you are being respectful of everyone’s time. Why is it important to value time and how can you be a better steward of your time?
