Dr. Pewewardy discussed the importance of understanding through different lenses, the contributions of culture to organizations, and the concept of warrior leadership. What can you do to challenge your thought process, be more in tune to the experiences of others and advance your learning?

During her presentation, Cyndi discussed overcoming challenges during her road to being elected an Oklahoma state representative. Week 10 – Lessons in Leadership – Chris Benge

Chief of Staff Benge focused his message on pragmatism and working with individuals who may not always agree with your views. What are you doing now, or what can you do, to engage with those who may view things differently, and what strategies or practices can you use to try and find solutions to challenges.
