UCO and MidFirst Bank have just made banking on the go, even easier.

Meet miTeller, MidFirst Bank’s first Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) in Oklahoma. Located on the UCO campus in the Chambers Library, miTeller provides customers with the ability to conduct a variety of transactions while speaking with a MidFirst Bank teller through a live audio and video connection.
“Our customers want convenient ways to do their banking,” said Chap Williams, First Vice President at MidFirst. “MidFirst already offers the innovative Central ID card for UCO students that combines their banking and campus activities, and miTeller is one more innovation we provide to make their lives even more convenient.”
UCO and MidFirst Bank have been partners for several years and MidFirst is the official bank of the University of Central Oklahoma, offering debit cards, credit cards and the Central ID card. UCO’s Office of Information Technology provided the fiber optic connections from the MidFirst Bank in the Nigh University Center to the ATM location at the Library. The fiber was dedicated to MidFirst to provide better connectivity than cellular and greater security.
“Adding miTeller extends our ability to offer superior service to another part of campus with extended hours in the evenings and on weekends,” said Williams. “We really want to help our customers ‘Bank like they live’.”
