Room Change Process
Students who wish to request a room change during the academic year may complete a Room Change Form. These requests are reviewed once a week during the months of September – November and February – March, but responses may take up to two weeks depending on the type of request. Students will be notified via email or phone if a request is approved or denied.
Room change requests due to Roommate Conflict must have completed the Conflict Resolution Process with the residents Resident Assistant and Hall Director for consideration.
