The Housing Front Desk, located in Bausher Place 201, is open 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday. They can be reached via email, text, phone, or by visiting the front desk during business hours and will route residents’ issues to hall directors or maintenance staff on call for fast resolution. Depending on the severity of the issue, staff may be scheduled to respond immediately or within 48 hours.

Community Hall Front Desks
Each community-style residence hall has a front desk staffed by resident assistants each evening from 5 p.m. to midnight. These assistants manage questions and issues brought in person to the desk or coordinate events and release activity supplies to residents that are stored behind the desk.
Items that can be requested from front desks include board games, sporting equipment, and DVD and Blu-Ray films.
Resident Assistants can be reached 24/7 via phone.
