CATERING MAKE IT MEMORABLE
Led by local culinary pioneer Chef Melodie Thornton, CCC, the catering team at UCO is dedicated to crafting menus that are memorable and delicious for every event.
Our team of culinary experts can accommodate for any group size, theme or individual guest requirement, with a customizable range of options, from boxed lunches to themed buffets and elegant, served meals. Optional alcohol service is available at limited locations around campus. Throughout your event, teams of servers will be on hand to provide superior catering service, from beginning to end.
Guests will find an abundance of dining options conveniently scattered across campus. Ranging from popular chains – such as Starbucks and Chick-Fil-A – to campus originals like 1890 Metropolitan Café, Sidelines Sports Grill and the all-you-care-to-eat dining hall Ayers Kitchen, there is something to suit every taste available in easy walking distance.
Ayers Kitchen is a modern dining hall with 13 different serving stations, each with varying menus. The hall features standard offerings, like pizza, hamburgers and sandwiches, alongside made-to-order salads and rotating homestyle and global entrees, ensuring there’s something for everyone each visit.
THE FOOD COURT
The Food Court, located in the Nigh University Center, is home to Chick-Fil-A, made-to-order taco and sandwich locations – Tu Taco and Second Street Subs – and Flatire Burgers, a local burger favorite. Rounding out the offerings is Sushi with Gusto, which prepares a range of fresh sushi favorites daily.
Campus wouldn’t be complete without Starbucks, found within the Nigh University Center. The expansive menu of traditional and seasonal favorites is always available, as are several originals created by the talented student barista staff. Whether starting the day or grabbing a pick-me-up, Starbucks is always a lively spot for a visit.
Located in the Nigh University Center and Max Chambers Library, the Markets are stocked with snacks, bottled drinks, coffee and grab-and-go salads and sandwiches, plus toiletries and medications. With two easily accessible locations, the Market is an easy stop for a snack between conference sessions.
Guests can discover unique dining locations in all corners of campus. Pegasus Café, featuring a menu of espressos and smoothies, is located in the Liberal Arts building. With its menu of sports grill staples like wings, burgers, and wraps, Sidelines Sports Grill is found within the University Suites and is open late into the night. Fast-casual dining favorite 1890 Metropolitan Café hosts a menu of loaded macs, hot sandwiches and specialty salads and is found in the Nigh University Center steps away from the Food Court.
