Join us for the annual Oklahoma County Black Elected Officials (BEO) College Fair! More than 60 colleges and universities from across the United States will be at Metro Technology Center’s Springlake campus to answer your questions regarding admission, financial aid, scholarships, housing, and degree programs. All students and adults interested in learning about options for their future are invited!

Concurrent Breakout Sessions include:

  • Scholarships, Financial Aid, and Oklahoma’s Promise will cover general information about how Oklahoma’s Promise works once students are on a college campus, basics about financial aid information, and tips about scholarship applications.
  • Test-Taking Skills will cover test preparation, test-taking skills, and post-test tips.
  • Applying to College will cover Tips and Tricks to help students apply to college.
  • Hustle and Motivation will cover skills needed to transition seamlessly from high school to college.

Students, you can make your fair visit fast and efficient by using the new barcode information system! Pre-register on the web site below (it’s free!) and allow colleges to scan your personalized barcode to avoid filling out information cards! Please print your barcode on paper & bring it with you. Some scanners are unable to read the barcode from smart phones.
