Central Station is a student-run restaurant open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10:30-1pm.
The restaurant is actually a lab class in the Nutrition and Food Science department, teaching students food preparation and management. Each student in the class plans the meal for one day each semester. We usually have a good variety of American and Ethnic cuisine throughout the semester. We also have a fantastic turkey sandwich available every week, cold brew coffee, lattes, matcha, chai, hot chocolate, lemonade and tea.
