All Aboard for Great Eats!

Central Station invites you to come to dine in or carry out in the fall semester on Tuesdays and Thursdays and in the spring semester on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Breakfast is served at 8:30 AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Lunch starts at 10:30 AM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays (Spring only), and Thursdays.  Central Station is located in the Human Environmental Studies Building, just west of Broncho Lake.

New menus are posted below weekly, but we always have our signature items. We open on Sep 3rd.

Signature items served every day Central Station is open:

  • Hot Drinks
    We offer a list of delicious coffee, matcha and chai drinks that are a perfect touch to complement our Texas-sized muffins.
  • Turkey Central
    A tasty turkey sandwich made with nitrite-free turkey, piled high with provolone cheese, sliced tomatoes, field greens, and our homemade basil mayonnaise dressing, all served on sun-dried tomato bread.
  • Chocolate Chunk Brownies
    Our huge mouth-watering brownies come in two varieties, with chopped nuts or powdered sugar.
  • Cold Drinks
    Come try our homemade lemonade, fruit fusion water or iced tea (peach & mango syrups available to flavor)
  • Breakfast Eats: Breakfast Sandwich, Breakfast Burrito, Eggs, Sausage, Juice
