Rocco Grimaldi, Professional Hockey Player, Visits with UCO Hockey Team
The University of Central Oklahoma College of Business Student Success Center partnered with the men’s UCO Hockey Team to host professional hockey player, Rocco Grimaldi, of the National Hockey League (NHL) team, Nashville Predators, and American Hockey League (AHL) team, Milwaukee Admirals, in a virtual Zoom event, Jan. 31. UCO Accounting Student Melissa Long Receives a $10,000 PCAOB Scholarship
University of Central Oklahoma senior accounting major Melissa Long was a recipient of a $10,000 scholarship from the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) Scholars Program. The award benefits exceptional accounting students who are likely to become auditors.

Originally from League City, Texas, Clayton Matthew Petty (“Matt”) was not interested in attending college while in high school. As he neared high school graduation, his career counselor encouraged him to figure out what he wanted to do with his life. Petty decided to join the Air Force and spent four years as an aircraft mechanic.
