UCO Accounting Student Melissa Long Receives a $10,000 PCAOB Scholarship
University of Central Oklahoma senior accounting major Melissa Long was a recipient of a $10,000 scholarship from the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) Scholars Program. The award benefits exceptional accounting students who are likely to become auditors.

I love to travel and for those of us who do so, perhaps we can identify with the familiar itch for the odyssey that comes with being a member of the club of hodophiles, from the Greek word “hodos”, or journey, and “philia,” meaning affection (does that perhaps sound like an affliction that you won’t need a cure for?).
A Goal Without a Plan is Just a Wish

Originally from League City, Texas, Clayton Matthew Petty (“Matt”) was not interested in attending college while in high school. As he neared high school graduation, his career counselor encouraged him to figure out what he wanted to do with his life. Petty decided to join the Air Force and spent four years as an aircraft mechanic.
