Welcome, New COB Faculty and Staff

Niccole Miller, Ph.D., MBA COB Monthly Newsletter, UCO

We are excited to welcome our six new faculty and four new staff members to our College of Business family!

Faculty

Justin Keeler, Ph.D., Visiting Assistant Professor of Management

Dr. Keeler joins us from Ouachita Baptist University. He has a Ph.D. in Management from Oklahoma State University.

 

Jerome Kirtley, Visiting Instructor of Management Information Systems

Jerome joins us from Oklahoma State University (OSU) where he was a student. He is ABD in Management Science and Information System from OSU.

 

Christopher Mondy, Visiting Assistant Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management

Christopher is ABD in Business Administration – Logistics, Operations Research, and Supply Chain Management and joins us from Fontbonne University.

 

 

Benjamin Pratt, Ph.D., Assistant Professor of Management

Joining us from Perdue University where he was a student, Dr. Pratt has a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior / Human Resource Management.

 

 

Mark Reavis, Ph.D., Assistant Professor of Finance

Dr. Reavis joins us from the University of Central Arkansas. He has a Ph.D. in Financial Management from Northcentral University.

 

Yuyun (Robert) Zhou, Ph.D., Assistant Professor of Accounting

Dr. Zhou joins us as an Assistant Professor in the department of accounting from his Visiting Assistant Profesor role last fiscal year. He has a Ph.D. in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Texas at El Paso.

 

Staff

Emily Ayers, Student Success Advisor

A native Californian, Emily joined us in January 2021 from Jolyn Clothing where she was a Corporate Sales Rep. She has an M.B.A. from California State University, Fresno. Emily advises marketing, professional selling, management information systems, operations and supply chain management, general business, and undecided business majors.

 

Farmer Schaeffer, Coordinator of PGM Internships

A graduate of our PGM program at UCO, Farmer joins our team as the Coordinator of PGM Internships.

 

 

 

Connor Venne, PGM Administrative Assistant

Connor attended UCO from 2015-2019 to play hockey and earn his Biomedical Engineering degree with a minor in Mathematics. He is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Computational Engineering at UCO.

 

Morgan Walls, Student Success Advisor

Morgan is our newest Student Success Advisor and joins us from Moore Public Schools where she was an elementary school teacher for five years. She is currently in training and looking forward to advising students after winter break.
