Ellucian Banner is UCO’s system of record for all transactions related to the business of the university including academic, financial, advancement, accounts receivable, and human resources modules. This project will migrate UCO from Banner Version 8 to Banner Version 9, Ellucian’s redesigned “extensible” platform. Banner 9 is a new and enhanced “window” into existing Banner data which eliminates dependence on outdated, proprietary technology. UCO’s CRM project includes the strategy, business processes, and software for managing and enhancing interactions with current and prospective students, alumni, and donors.

The Office of Information Technology has partnered with Student Affairs and Development to implement solutions that fulfill the university’s CRM strategy.
