Since I started my summer workout program I have found out it is too time-consuming walking eight to ten miles a day. If used to leave the house around 5:30pm and walk 4 miles to UCO and then return home on foot. It usually takes 90 minutes for me make a round trip. So I modified my plan. I now jog 4 miles and do weight lifting.
I have lost 5 pounds to date and plan to continue with the program until I am in good physical shape.
