Don Betz, Ph.D., became Central's 20th president in August 2011, advancing a distinguished 40+ year career in higher education. Through it all, he has developed a reputation for teaching and encouraging students, as well as leadership development and diplomacy through his international activities, most notably with the United Nations and its affiliated non-government organizations.
