I just read an article on binge drinking by college students, Know the Facts About College Binge Drinking, written by Kelci Lynn Lucier. Lucier states that binge drinking is a pattern of drinking alcohol that brings blood alcohol concentration (BAV) to .08 grams percent or above.

The UCO Wellness Center will be holding a free class to help students and employees improve their health. The free class is titled “Jump to Health Program” and starts March 23, 12:00-12:30 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays.
