I just read an article on binge drinking by college students, Know the Facts About College Binge Drinking, written by Kelci Lynn Lucier. Lucier states that binge drinking is a pattern of drinking alcohol that brings blood alcohol concentration (BAV) to .08 grams percent or above.

Because of winter weather, all Central evening classes and campus activities are canceled if they begin at 4 p.m. or later today. UCO offices will close at 5 p.m.
In addition, Wednesday classes and activities also are canceled.
